My feet have been numb and tingly now for weeks! Anyone have any ideas what it might be? Been to my doc a few times now, but no answers.

Tripped and fell going into the grocery store today. Lord, I feel about as useless as a screen door on a submarine!

Getting a CT scan today. Hope these docs can help me figure out what’s been going on with my feet.

Zoey’s got me doing some acupuncture today. She thinks it may help with some of the foot numbness and tingling that’s been going on. I don’t know about all this “woo-woo” stuff these kids are into, but I’ll try anything that might help! Love this girl—she can even teach this old dog new tricks.

Broken toe! I stumbled in the kitchen and dropped a pan, right on my big toe. Gotta walk with this cane now…

Back at the hospital, think this place should be giving me frequent flyer miles. Getting an MRI today, prayers it gives us an idea of what’s goin’ on.

Dad fell getting out of the shower this weekend. He’s torn a ligament in his knee and is having surgery this week. Please keep him in your prayers!

Oooh boy, what a month! Thanks for your prayers, my surgery went well and I’m recovering! I’m using a walker to get around now, this thing is makin’ me feel old!

Tests, tests, tests! Had another today, a nerve conduction study. I haven’t had so many tests since my days at USC!

Took Dad into the city today to see a neuromuscular specialist. Looking for some second opinions!

These doctors are giving me whiplash with all these diagnoses. My new doc tells me the last place misread my tests or something. Having another nerve conduction study today. Feeling a little like a guinea pig!

At the hospital with dad, having a spinal tap today. Prayers this helps him get some answers.

Thanks for everyone’s support over these last few months. It looks like I’ve got something they call CIDP. It’s a rare neurological disorder that causes weakness and sensory problems. They say there are treatment options, so I’ve got all my fingers and toes crossed!

Been feeling pretty low around here. Got my wheelchair today. Definitely not the sweet wheels I was planning on riding during my retirement.

Bringing my dad to the infusion center today to start his new treatment! Prayers up for Dad!

Back at the infusion center getting another treatment. They call it IVIG, some kind of intravenous immunoglobulin. I can barely pronounce it, but I’ll try anything to get up and at ‘em again.

Can anyone give me a ride across town today? I gotta get to the infusion center for another treatment and Rochelle can’t bring me.

God is good! After wrapping up my induction therapy, I’m still getting my strength back. I start maintenance treatments next week. Keep those prayers comin’!
